Terms of service

RENTAL PERIOD

All rentals are for the agreed-upon rental period selected at the time of booking.  Items must be returned by the scheduled return date and time provided during checkout

 

RETURNS

All dresses must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, excluding normal wear from a single event.  You are prohibited from the following:

• Garment alterations
• Tag or label removal
• Repair attempts
• Wash or dry clean

Borrowed Ego professionally inspects and cleans all garments between rentals.

 

LATE RETURNS

Late returns affect future reservations.  The following fees apply:

• 1 day late: $20
• 2 days late: $50
• 3+ days late: $20 per day
