Refund policy

DAMAGE

Normal wear is expected.  Additional charges may apply for:

• Permanent stains
• Burns
• Tears
• Missing components
• Excessive pet hair
• Odors requiring special treatment
• Damage resulting from misuse

Charges are assessed based on repair or replacement costs.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Reservations cancelled;

• More than 14 days before the rental date: Full Refund
  
• 7-14 days before the rental date: 50% Refund
• Less than 7 days before the rental date: Non-Refundable

Customers may receive store credit at Borrowed Ego's discretion

 

REFUNDS

Because inventory is reserved exclusively for each customer, rental fees are generally non-refundable once the rental period begins.  Refund will only be issued if:

• Borrowed Ego is unable to provide the reserved dress
• The dress arrives with a material defect that prevents wear
• A reservation is cancelled within the eligible cancellation window

DRESS AVAILABILITY

All dress selections are subject to availability.  In the rare event that a reserves items become unavailable, Borrowed Ego will work with the customer to select a comparable replacement or provide a refund.

 

FINAL INSPECTION

All garments are inspected upon pickup and return.  Any applicable repair, cleaning, replacement, or late fees will be communicated within 7 days of return.
