Borrowed Ego Dress Rentals provides garment rental services subject to the terms, policies, and conditions outlines on this website and in any rental agreement.

By reserving, renting, or using any item from Borrowed Ego, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with all rental policies, return requirements, damage provisions, and payment obligations.

Borrowed Ego reserves the right to refuse service, decline reservations, modify inventory offerings, update pricing, and amend policies at any time without prior notice.

Customers assume responsibility for the proper use, care, and timely return of all rented items while in their possession.

Borrowed Ego is not responsible for:

• Fit, comfort, or appearance preferences after a rental has been accepted
• Event cancellations, venue changes, weather conditions, travel delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a borrowed item

All content appearing on the Borrowed Ego website, social media pages, promotional materials, photographs, logos, promotional materials, photographs is the property of Borrowed Ego and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. 

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Customers are responsible for inspecting garments at the time of pickup.  Acceptance of a rental items confirms that the garment was received in satisfactory condition.

Borrowed Ego is not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss occurring while visiting the premises or participating in fittings, appointments, or pickups.
