How does the borrow work?
Choose a Style Pass, book your dates, and pick up your look locally. Wear it, enjoy it, and return it within your rental window - simple.
Can I split my Busy Bundle with a friend?
Busy Bundles are assigned to one client and designed for personal use across multiple events. Experiences are non-transferrable between individuals, with the exception of Bestie Bundle
How long can I keep the dress?
Rental periods begin at 3 days and can be as long as 7 days, depending on the number of looks you borrow. We give you time to wear it comfortably for your event
Do I need to clean the dress before returning it?
Nope. We handle all cleanings so you don't have to worry about it
What sizes do you carry?
We offer a range of sizes and are continuously expanding. If you're unsure, reach out - we'll help you find the best fit!
Can I try on dresses before booking?
Yes, private fittings are encouraged for all those who may be interested. Reservations are required and booking an appointment is simple. Find BOOK APPOINTMENT from the main menu
What happens if something gets damaged?
Normal wear is expected. For significant damage, a repair or replacement fee may apply - but we'll always communicate clearly and fairly.
What if the dress doesn't fit?
We recommend and encourage fittings prior to your pickup date to ensure you are confident and the look is right. If you prefer a different dress, you may transfer your payment easily. Dress availablilty is not guaranteed without an appointment.
Where are you located?
We're based in southeast Delaware County (Delco) PA with local pickup available. Exact details are provided after booking.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible - especially during prom, and wedding season. Popular pieces go fast.
Do you offer delivery?
Local delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Can I rent for prom or formal events?
Absolutely! Our collection is curated to be gala-approved, prom-ready and event-appropriate.
Do you buy dresses?
Yes! If you have a dress that's gala-ready and in excellent condition, we may be interested. "If its gala-ready, we've got the dolla' ready".
